Are You Aware Of The Timeframe Involved With The Healthcare Bill Under Consideration?

Can someone show me where this works when the cuts to existing programs begin immediately, but the actual healthcare doesn’t go into effect until 2013?http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091010/ap_o…
Didn’t the President say that the health of the economy was directly tied to passing this healthcare bill as soon as possible?

    The final bill doesn’t exist.
Many discussions/interviews from Congressmen/women and Senators on news shows indicate that most of what are being framed as ‘Medicare cuts’ are the savings from eliminating waste, fraud, unnecessary/duplicative procedures and/or and overpayments to insurance companies (who are CONSTANTLY paying fines for over-billing the government, WHEN they are caught), etc. Some procedures and programs will be folded into any new arrangement, thus reducing duplication.
The reason that the new insurance programs don’t kick in for a few years is to allow time to build the infrastructure and develop the hardware, software and accounting systems necessary for the expansion of the bureaucrats (who are in both the insurance companies AND the government: but those are JOBS TOO, AREN’T THEY???) who will be tracking and processing the 30-to-50 MILLION new insurance customers..
I can only imagine the screaming sheeple if this new plan were to be implemented next month…so, more than enough time (3+ years) is set aside. NOBODY should be able to complain that there hadn”t been enough time to develop, test and implement the new system.
How about “enough with the complaining, already” and HELPING US MOVE FORWARD????

    You got it.
He needed to start collecting the taxes right away.
He never said the economy needed the health care right away.
Say, when do you plan to vote for a Democrat ever again?
