im currently a cna age 23 who has training in ekg(dident recieve enough hands on training) and im working with developmentals as a direct service worker with 2 years working with elderly. I enjoy working with developmental although they can be a challenge and neonates. i am took phlebotomy and learned needles are not for me and im not a fan of heavy lifting(have occasional back pain that why im not working as a cna). I have a reserve personality and would like to work in either a school setting or home health (enjoy working one on one) and enjoy independence and creativity in my work, love to give advise and need well paying career i can start that is stable in a short period of time and wouldnt mind a travel career. Would physical, occupational or speech therapy be a good career path for me and what is a day like being in each of these occupations and the training?Do you like your profession and would you reccommend it. Nursing is out for me!!

if you aren’t a social person who LOVES being around new people than any of the above career choices are NOT for you. Heavy lifting and transfers are a requirement for occupational and physical therapy, so maybe you should consider something in the business filed?
