I’m going to finish my CNA class in about a month, and will be certified. I’m taking the Phlebotomy Technician course as well, and will be certified in that. On top of THAT I’m taking the Electrocardiograph technician classes. Since those certificates are all related, that be beneficial to me in the health care field? Will more places be willing to hire someone with my huge repertoire of skills?
Additionally, will they give me more money for being highly trained?
I doubt that you will be paid more money for having multiple skills. You will be classed in a particular category and be paid accordingly.
However, having these related skills must be bonus and will no doubt expand your employability. Well done for working so hard!
