What Are The Ways Health And Social Care May Differ From Those Of The Individuals You Are Working With?

This is a question I have for NVQ and I just can’t work out what they are asking! Am I stupid? am I going mad?
Can someone out ther explain what this question is trying to ask.

    You may have clients from a different background and their health and social care may be consequently different to you, perhaps due to cultural of religious differences.
    They are trying to get you to demonstrate that you know you cannot assume that these things will be the same for your clients as they are for you.
