Well, I’m 15 and would like to know if studying in the Philippines is better than studying in the USA. If I study here in the Philippines, it’s way cheaper and less papers but if I go to the USA, I will still have to fix my papers to study there and settlement and what so ever.
I’ll be taking up BS Nursing and after college, I’ll start flight training. So, I’ll be 21 and I already graduate College and I will start Flight Training when I’m 21. So basically, in my mind, I’ll study here in the Philippines for less hassle and mistake. Anyways, I’d like to ask if what is the procedure of changing my Philippine Pilot License to a USA Pilot License? I’d like to have a concrete and complete answer though. You’re helping someone reach their dreams in flying.

You would almost certainly need to do at least a flight test and theoretical exam.
Which effectively means you’d have to take some lessons to learn the differences between the way things work in the Philippines and the US.
